Tasks
As the Manager Contract Management & Key Account, you will perform the following duties:
- Responsible for revenue (according to budget), contract result and yearly target results, as well as customer induction volumes in the MES repair station network
- Establish, manage and further develop customer contracts in the Business Unit/Segment Engines
- Recalculate contracts (business plan, opportunities/risks, extensions, quality parameters etc.) and derive measures to optimize profit and loss
- Develop engine event program planning (mid- and long-term event planning, work scoping concept, material supply, on-wing care, engineering etc.) and coordinate it with the event management functions
- Expand customer relationships (customer visits, feedback management etc.) and ensure customer satisfaction, provide advice and support to the customer

Requirements
You must fulfill the following requirements:
- Completed university or college degree (Master's in Industrial Engineering, Engineering or equivalent skills and knowledge)
- Depending on the course of study, good business know-how and comprehensive technical understanding
- Good knowledge and understanding of the field of engine maintenance
- Fluent in English language
- Good IT skills in MS-Office applications
- Good negotiation skills and assertiveness
- Very high level of service availability and customer orientation
- Confident appearance as well as intercultural competence
- Quick comprehension, objective and confident judgment
- Willingness to undertake further training
- Readiness for assignments at home and abroad
- If necessary, psychological aptitude test
- Must possess a legal work permit in Canada
