Tasks
With D-CEET, LAT is further expanding its pioneering role in the field of immersive training based on essential basic research in a project funded by the mFUND of the Federal Ministry of Transport (BMV), which has been running since 2024.
As a training expert D-CEET, you are responsible for the development, conception and quality assurance of individual training modules and standards:
- Conceptual design of digital training content (storyboards) for VR and app
- Implementing the CBTA philosophy for the predefined training content within a digital learning environment
- Collaboration in the analysis of the required learning objectives and scenarios to be selected
- Quality check of agency services and revision of interim results
- Preparation of the digital teaching units including the required accompanying material
- Didactic preparation of the teaching material and training documents

Requirements
- Part-time trainer/cabin crew; flying activities can be continued by arrangement
- (Specialist) university degree in education, business education, psychology or comparable or relevant professional training and work experience
- Experience in the creation of training concepts
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the area of safety/emergency training
- Pedagogical skills in guiding and motivating trainees
- Precise presentation of complex issues
- Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new tasks
- Very good knowledge of Office applications
- High willingness to travel
- Very good knowledge of English
