Tasks
What you'll do:
- Develop and manage material planning parameters and inventory levels for MRO items and critical spares
- Monitor stock levels, performance metrics, and ensure timely material availability for production
- Create and manage purchase requisitions in ERP; coordinate with procurement and evaluate supplier performance
- Maintain accurate material master data and track material movements
- Generate reports and dashboards for inventory and planning performance
- Support export control compliance, classify materials, and clarify classification queries
- Identify and implement opportunities for inventory optimization and process improvement
- Participate in audits, support VMI/consignment/strategic sourcing initiatives
- Train, onboard, and guide junior staff; review team performance and provide corrective guidance

Requirements
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Aviation preferred or equivalent experience
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills
- Strong stakeholder management and supplier communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy focus
- Ability to work with numbers
- Good planning and time management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good knowledge of overall supply chain processes
- Good knowledge of US Export Control regulations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
