Tasks
In your role, you will be responsible for intercompany accounting as well as direct contact and cooperation with Intercompany Suppliers and Business Units.
- Every day you will post incoming and outgoing intercompany invoices in compliance with the policies and procedures (both for finance and purchase order documents)
- You will act as a main point of contact for the suppliers within your responsibility and build the good relationship between the suppliers and our client
- You will monitor and reconcile open positions on vendor, customer and G/L accounts
- You will book accruals and monthly provisions
- Finaly, the monthly reconciliation of Balance Sheet and Income Statement items between Group Companies will let you develop your analytical and accounting skills
*Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements
Qualifications
- Master/bachelor’s degree or at least accomplished 3rd year of studies in economic disciplines
- We highly appreciate min. 1 year of experience in accounting/finance
- You feel confident in speaking English. Your communication, both oral and written, is conducted in a professional manner
- German language knowledge would be an asset
- You feel confident in MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel)
- If you already have the SAP knowledge your introduction will be even more efficient

- Flexibility and adaptability
- You feel good when you cooperate in a team, but when needed, you can also conduct your individual tasks independently
- Respond systematically and communicate with clients and suppliers quickly and efficiently
- Analytical and conceptual mindset - you can easily work with high volume data
