Tasks
The purpose of the position of procurement is to manage all the procurement requests of the company in accordance with procedures in place and related agreements to guarantee a smooth process.
- Ensures that the supply chain needs of the company are met in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Reviews costs, establishes relationships with vendors and suppliers, and offers suggestions for the products that are to be bought
- Ensures that products are delivered in a timely manner, and that the quality of the goods received is satisfactory
- Negotiates with contractors on price, mode of shipping, and delivery time
- Checks invoices for accuracy
- Conducts suppliers risk evaluation as per company procedures
- Places Purchase Orders for the required goods and services
- Maintains the company’s contracts database and archive to keep it up to date
- Reviews contracts and provides input when needed
- Is continuously updated with the latest changes in the group procedures and applies them accordingly in our processes

Requirements
- Law degree
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high attention to detail
