Tasks
What will you be responsible for?
- As a Non-Destructive Test Technician at LTLGS, you will perform a range of NDT inspections on aircraft components within a fast-paced MRO environment.
- Using techniques such as MPI, FPI, Ultrasonic, Eddy Current, Barkhausen and Nital etch, you will ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- You will work closely with production teams to resolve technical issues, maintain accurate records including PER logs, support method sheet development and ensure equipment and certification remain current.
- All duties are carried out in line with safety, environmental and regulatory requirements.

What you’ll need?
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
- Valid NDT Level 2 authorisation (EN4179 or recognised equivalent) in one or more required disciplines
- Knowledge of EASA/CAA/FAA regulations and EASA 145 requirements
- Aerospace apprenticeship (desirable)
- Experience in an aerospace or MRO environment
- Good IT skills (SAP or similar systems, Microsoft Excel)
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety practices
- Ability to manage complex tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Good planning skills with a flexible approach
- Fluent English (written and verbal)
- Commitment to maintaining certification and professional development
- Flexibility to work shift schedules
