As “Working Student Project Management Office (m/f/d)”, you will join the Project Management Office Team of SunExpress, a joint venture of Lufthansa and Turkish Airlines
Tasks
- Support the PMO in the day-to-day management of the project portfolio.
- Collect information from projects and stakeholders
- Manage the project portfolio financial forecast
- Conduct project and portfolio data analysis
- Create presentations and reports for project and management meeting
- Assist project managers in the planning and execution of projects
- Support communication of project management processes
- Support the annual project budget planning
- Support knowledge exchange between project managers in SunExpress
- Support the roll-out of project management processes and culture within SunExpress
- Support the preparation of project management trainings

Requirements

- Enrolled student in Business Administration, Economics. IT or similar fields, preferably with Project Management related topics
- Basic knowledge of Project Management
- Good English skills, German or Turkish skills is a benefit
- Excellent data analysis and MS Excel knowledge
- Excellent presentation preparation and MS PowerPoint skills
- Willingness to travel to Turkey for meetings
- Intercultural competences
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a team
- Good organizing skills
- Experience in airline domain is a benefit
- Duration of at least 6 months for internship or as a working student
