Tasks
What you do with us
You support us in our day-to-day business and in projects, for example with
- HR processes: Preparation, implementation and follow-up of performance and potential assessments as well as succession planning (who can take on perspective roles)
- Documents & materials: Collaboration on presentations, guidelines and other supporting materials on career development and succession planning
- Workshops & internal sessions: Organization and implementation of workshops, events and internal enablements (short formats in which processes and procedures are explained)
- Analyses & preparation: Research, evaluations and preparation of HR data, e.g. for management presentations
- Optional: Support with executive diagnostics topics, e.g. assessment formats or interview guidelines

Requirements
What you bring with you
- At least 4th Bachelor's semester or in the Master's program (e.g. economics, psychology, social sciences or similar), ideally related to HR/PE
- Enrollment for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelor's and Master's program (Gap Year)
- Interest in strategic HR work and in working with and for managers
- Structured way of working, reliability and initiative
- Ability to work in a team and a good feeling for different contact persons
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
