Tasks
- Determine and analyze requirements for assigned standard software
- Review and reconcile gathered requirements with stakeholders
- Configure off-the-shelf standard software and coordinate necessary adaptations with suppliers
- Ensure configurations align with available out-of-the-box capabilities
- Discuss and delegate larger software changes to suppliers
- Document requirements, changes, and updates accurately
- Test newly developed changes or updated configurations within the standard software
- Collect and assess requirements from various departments, evaluating their feasibility
- Test customizations and provide 3rd-level support as needed

Requirements
- Vocational training with at least 2 years of relevant IT experience or Bachelor’s degree in business information systems, IT, economics, logistics, or a related field
- Knowledge of requirements engineering methodologies
- Proficiency in process management
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Fluent in English; German language skills desirable
- In cases of equal qualification, applicants with severe disabilities will be given preferential consideration
