Tasks
What you'll do:
- Documentary Acceptances
- Shipment Data Capture
- Prioritize Export Build-up and Import Breakdown
- Prepare Export and Import documentation (Manifest, AWBs)
- Handle irregularities (MSCA, MSAW, FDCA, damages)
- Prepare NOTOC
- Close out flight
- Customer contact (Notify customer)
- Hand over AWB and Docs to customer
- Debit charges

Requirements
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree desirable
- Proficiency in English and French (mandatory)
- Relevant qualification according to CHM/GOM standards
- Computer literacy (user level)
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Commitment to quality
- Customer service orientation
- Reliability
- Ability to work effectively in a team
