Tasks
- Further develop and operate the CAFM software FAMOS for the LH Group (Germany-wide and globally); take ownership of system provision, administration and group-wide rollout
- Act as a process authority for the tool across the group and actively drive its continuous improvement
- Lead or actively participate in group-wide projects related to software development, customization and implementation of new modules
- Design, implement and conduct training sessions for FAMOS users; coordinate training activities across the organization
- Provide property- and portfolio-related data from the CAFM system to support strategic decisions and operational processes (e.g. budgeting, TrueUp, claims, vendor control)
- Initiate and perform mass data corrections and adjustments in the system; carry out plausibility and quality checks to ensure high data quality
- Manage and support IT-related projects in real estate management (e.g. waste disposal software, system interfaces)
*Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science or similar
- German - min. B2/C1
- English - min. B2/C1
- Knowledge of Real Estate / Facility Management is an advantage
- Min. 3-4 years of previous experience in similar area
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Strong customer-oriented approach
- Excellent communication skills in an intercultural environment
- Willingness to actively participate in projects
- Flexibility and readiness to travel to Germany, esp. during the initial training phase
