Tasks

  • You ensure a smooth supply of materials during external Aircraft Overhauls at our international partner companies.
  • You coordinate internally with colleagues from Engineering, Purchasing and Logistics.
  • You coordinate, monitor and manage our external partners.
  • You work closely with the logistics departments of the maintenance company and coordinate all processes.
  • You monitor material costs and process invoices reliably.
  • You continuously develop the processes between the system partners.
  • You actively drive the further improvement and harmonisation of processes towards the Lufthansa Group Standards.

Requirements

  • You have several years of experience in operational materials management.
  • You have convincing negotiating skills, organizational talent and a strong understanding of logistics and aviation-specific processes.
  • You have a sound knowledge of OS-CAME, Part M requirements and relevant EASA regulations.
  • You have several years of experience in a Part-145, purchasing and/or logistics organization.
  • You are assertive and convince with clear communication.
  • You communicate confidently in written and spoken English.
  • You keep an overview even under pressure and remain resilient and stress-resistant.
  • You have an unrestricted work permit for Austria/the European Union.
