As Senior Product Owner (all genders) for the myEW Account, you will play a key role in shaping and scaling one of our strategic growth pillars. You will be responsible for translating business and customer needs into high-impact digital solutions that strengthen customer loyalty, increase retention, and drive sustainable revenue growth.
As Senior Product Owner (all genders) for the myEW Account, you will play a key role in shaping and scaling one of our strategic growth pillars. You will be responsible for translating business and customer needs into high-impact digital solutions that strengthen customer loyalty, increase retention, and drive sustainable revenue growth.
Tasks
What you'll do
- Own the product vision, roadmap and backlog for our myEW account
- Independently write user stories that translate business goals and customer needs into clear, prioritized product requirements
- Act as the primary interface between business, engineering, UX, data and stakeholders
- Drive the implementation of loyalty mechanisms such as Wallets, cashback models, subscriptions or similar value propositions
- Ensure security, compliance and data protection requirements are embedded in all product decisions (e.g. authentication, customer data protection)
- Define and track product KPIs (e.g. retention rate, engagement, revenue impact)
- Continuously optimize the product based on data, user feedback and business priorities
- Ensure high delivery quality and sustainable product development within an agile setup (lateral leadership of a squad)

Requirements
What you'll need
- At least 5 years’ experience working as a Product Owner/Product Manager
- In depth experience in developing both app and web products
- An analytical mindset, experience with quantitative and qualitative methods such as A/B testing and enthusiasm for digging into data
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
- Experience writing user stories to build up a product backlog
- Experience with digital loyalty & account products, security and authentication topics is a strong plus
- Fluent business English skills (both written and spoken)
