Tasks
Quality, safety and innovation are at the heart of what we do. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed person who will actively support us administratively and in instructor management with immediate effect for 2 years.
- Carrying out training preparation and follow-up, including classroom preparation
- Sending and archiving training documents and course invitations
- Preparing and managing various documents (contracts, licenses and course certificates) for participants and authorities
- Operational contact person for instructors, trainees and international airline customers
- Travel service (flight and hotel bookings)
- Maintenance of various training platforms
- Expenses, invoice and time control

Requirements
- Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
- High IT affinity and passion for aviation
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure and organizational talent
- Team spirit, flexibility and an independent way of working
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills

Lufthansa Aviation Training Switzerland AG (LAT CH), with a total of around 300 employees, is part of the Lufthansa Aviation Training Group. At the LAT Training Center in Zurich-Opfikon, around 8’000 graduates undergo their initial and further training as cockpit and cabin crews every year. This also includes basic pilot training at the European Flight Academy in Zurich (theory) and Grenchen (practice). LAT Switzerland's customers include SWISS, Edelweiss, other airlines as well as Rega and the Swiss Air Force.
