Tasks
Once you join our team as a Team Leader Technical Trainings, you will:
- Act as the disciplinary and functional lead.
- Track and optimize team performance (KPIs), and conduct frequent performance dialogs with key stakeholders.
- Lead training needs analysis and participate in the preparation of the annual training plan.
- Consult the organization in regard to the existing training offerings and explore the market for new ones.
- Drive the processes for selection and approval of training providers.
- Oversee the day-to-day implementation of the training program activities.
- Ensure compliance with the training standards, internal processes and/or authority requirements.
- Operate, promote and improve the Training Management System throughout the aircraft maintenance network.
- Provide training and authorization reports, especially reflecting mandatory course compliance.

Requirements
To be successful in the role you need:
- University degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology or related field;
- Leadership experience including relevant social competences;
- Extended knowledge of educational methods and concepts;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Ability to manage complexity and set priorities;
- Ability to act and establish an agile mindset;
- Ability to work on one’s own initiative and operating under time pressure demands;
- Fluency in English – C1 level is a must;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Share Point, SAP and e-learning software;
- Responsible, creative, and positive approach towards processes and activities;
- Critical thinking and analytical capabilities;
- Customer focused.
