Based in sunny Palma de Mallorca, you’ll lead our travel packages - set prices, ensure smooth bookings, craft compelling descriptions, run online marketing, track trends, monitor competition, and create promotions that sell, keeping our offers fresh and exciting
- Managing procurement and pricing for all package offers
- Ensuring seamless bookability and accuracy of all offerings
- Expanding and refining the range of available packages
- Crafting compelling product descriptions and driving marketing initiatives, with a focus on online sales
- Conducting competitor analyses and implementing strategic promotions to boost sales
- Monitoring booking trends and performance to inform decision-making
Behind the scenes
Requirements
- Completed professional training or a degree in tourism, with a strong passion for the travel industry
- Open to career changers from travel agencies, hospitality, or tour guiding
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written); Spanish skills are a plus
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
- Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new digital tools
