Tasks
The Team Leader will closely collaborate with the MNL Payment team. Please note that the KRK team operates in shifts from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, which requires the Team Leader to be flexible with working hours across these shifts.
People Management
- Lead daily operations and ensure quality and timeliness
- Manage capacity, delegate tasks, and monitor workload
- Set goals, hold 1:1s, give feedback, and run appraisals
- Support development and foster a positive team environment
- Communicate changes, guide transitions, and resolve conflicts
- Identify training needs and provide coaching
Service Management
- Ensure operational excellence in the service area
- Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain client satisfaction
- Monitor KPIs, address risks, and drive improvements
- Support standardization, optimization, and compliance
- Join client calls and workshops
Administrative responsibilities
- Support hiring and onboarding
- Manage absences, overtime, and access requests
- Maintain records and systems
*Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (or at least 3rd year of studies completed)
- 5+ years of experience in SSC/BPO or multinational service environment, including 2–3 years in a senior/specialist role
- Proven leadership potential and prior experience acting as Team Leader (e.g., 6-month TL assignment)
- Very good English (written & spoken, min. B2)
- Proficient in MS Office and relevant service area tools
- Experience in projects such as process migration, ERP implementation, or transformation initiatives
- Strong change management, coaching, and people management skills
- Service and customer-oriented approach
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
- Decision-making ability and accountability for results
- Risk management awareness and continuous improvement mindset
