Tasks

  • Statistical analysis of ongoing studies and presentation of results in Power Point
  • Assistance with the conception and evaluation of qualitative studies
  • Developing content for the Customer Experience Council and preparing meetings
  • Collaboration on training concepts on the topic of CX
  • Conception of communication plans for various CX-related projects / initiatives
  • Maintenance / redesign of the team's internal Ebase presence / sharepoints
  • Taking on administrative tasks for our Partner Program

Requirements

  • Enrollment for the entire period of the internship (current enrollment certificate and in case of mandatory internship proof of mandatory internship must be attached to the application) or the internship between the Bachelor and Master studies (Gap Year)
  • Relevant experience in the area of customer experience
  • Initial experience with authoring tools and in video creation and editing is an advantage
  • Interest in digitization processes
  • Independent, structured way of working
  • Quick familiarization with unfamiliar areas of responsibility
  • Good communication and cooperation skills
  • Reliability, sociability and hands-on mentality
  • Very good knowledge of the common MS Office applications
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
