Join our Team as a SAP CRM/CX Technical Consultant !
Tasks
- Advise our customers on the design and implementation of innovative and technically demanding CRM solutions based on SAP Sales and Service Cloud
- Regularly expand your knowledge regarding technical and professional innovations in the SAP CX portfolio.
- Advising our customers on analysis, optimization, design, and implementation of SAP Sales and Service Cloud
- Developing and implementing small and large integration scenarios for our customers in the area of Customer Experience
- Opportunity to take on (partial) project management tasks, depending on project size and complexity, on-site and remote
- Possibly pre-sales activities to support our sales team in preparing and presenting offers

Requirements
- Completed training/degree and relevant professional experience in IT
- Experience in process analysis, requirements specification, technology design, and configuration of CRM solutions, especially in SAP CRM/CX
- Strong interest in CRM and Customer Experience, enthusiasm for learning new technologies and methods, and applying this knowledge in customer projects
- Ideally, knowledge of SAP integration technologies or hybrid (cloud & on-premise) architecture
- Strong consulting skills, flexibility, and communication skills at all levels
- Fluent German and English
- Willingness to travel for projects
