Tasks

  • Communication Support:
    • Prepare, coordinate, and publish product and service content for the internal newsletter
    • Independently create and design the layout of the internal newsletter
    • Plan and execute smaller internal communication projects
  • Strategy Support:
    • Support strategic projects aimed at improving the end-to-end customer journey
    • Conduct market and trend analyses, benchmarking, and prepare executive-ready presentations
    • Contribute to concept development and assist in workshops and management documentation

Requirements

  • You are at least in the 3rd semester of a degree program at the time of the internship
  • Enrolled for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and in case of mandatory internship a written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (Gap Year)
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills
  • Quick learner with a structured and independent work style
  • Very good English and German skills
  • Proficiency in Office 365, especially SharePoint
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent PowerPoint skills, and ability to structure complex topics
  • Experience in consulting, agency work, or strategic projects would be a plus
