Tasks
We are responsible for idea management for the entire Lufthansa Group. Through change measures, we promote awareness, empowerment and commitment among all stakeholders. We need your support for our diverse projects:
- Planning and implementation of workshops, conferences and events with different target groups
- Supporting the implementation of a marketing campaign
- Editorial responsibility for various idea management media
- Insight into and support for an extensive change process

Requirements
To complete an internship in our company, you must be at least in your third semester at the time of the internship.
- Enrolment for the full duration of the internship (current certificate of enrolment and, in the case of a mandatory internship, written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or internship between Bachelor's and Master's degree (gap year)
- Studies in communication and media, business psychology, business administration or similar
- Good organizational skills - experience in organizing events
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) ideally editorial experience
- Very good MS Office skills (especially MS PowerPoint), experience with graphics & editing programs (Adobe) is a plus
- Very good written and spoken German
