Tasks

In this internship, you will support our Financial Accounting Excellence team by working on various tasks and projects, including data analysis, reporting and supporting team members. Additionally, you will have opportunities to contribute to process improvement initiatives & make a tangible impact.

  • Analyzing and visualizing financial data to support decision-making.
  • Optimizing and documenting financial accounting processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations, especially in General Ledger Accounting and Outstation Management (approximately 40 stations worldwide).
  • Support various projects, to drive process improvements.

Requirements

We expect an independent way of working and a passion to design and enhance processes. Dealing positively with people from different cultures is very important to us as well as having an open-minded and communicative personality.

  • Workload Specification: For this position, a 100% workload is preferred.
  • HF diploma, Bachelor’s, Master’s students or graduates in business administration or related field (HF diploma & Bachelor’s students must have completed at least three semesters).
  • Ability to independently drive and develop new topics with a structured, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Proactive and reliable working ethic with a hands-on mentality.
  • A process-oriented thinking approach with an open-minded personality for working with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • MS Office skills (O-365 preferred).
  •  Basic knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; German is a plus.
