Tasks
- Conduct training needs analysis and participate in the preparation of the annual training plan.
- Consult the organization in regard to the existing training offerings and explore the market for new ones.
- Drive the processes for selection and approval of training providers.
- Oversee the day-to-day implementation of the training program activities.
- Ensure compliance with the training standards, internal processes and/or authority requirements.
- Operate, promote and improve the Training Management System throughout the aircraft maintenance network.
- Provide training and authorization reports, especially reflecting mandatory course compliance
- Represent LHT Sofia and AMS central training department on meetings at national, international and/or group level.

Requirements
- University degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology or related field;
- Experience in providing training services (evaluation of training needs, managing and/or developing trainings) – at least 3 years;
- Extended knowledge of educational methods and concepts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage complexity and set priorities
- Ability to act and establish an agile mindset
- Ability to work on one’s own initiative and operating under time pressure demands.
- Fluency in English – C1 level is a must;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Share Point, SAP and e-learning software;
- Responsible, creative, and positive approach towards processes and activities.
- Critical thinking and analytical capabilities.
- Customer focused.
