Tasks

As a Working Student (m/f/d) in Strategic Procurement, you will support our team both in routine operations and in exciting projects relating to the procurement, evaluation and optimization of our simulator fleet. You will be responsible for tasks such as

  • Analyzing and preparing purchasing and profitability data in the area of aviation training (e.g. with Celonis)
  • Supporting strategic buyers with contract preparations and analyses as well as the associated master data maintenance
  • Creation of decision templates and presentations for management
  • Support with market and supplier analyses
  • Optimization of existing data models and reporting structures
  • Supporting the purchasing team in day-to-day business

Requirements

  • Degree in industrial engineering, business administration, logistics, data analytics, mechanical engineering or similar
  • Experienced handling of data (e.g. Excel, Power BI, Celonis or similar tools)
  • Enjoy analytical work and an understanding of numbers
  • Interest in flight simulators, aviation technology and technical contexts
  • Structured, independent way of working and ability to work in a team
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
