Aufgaben
- Manage and grow strategic accounts within the life sciences market
- Act as the primary contact for key accounts, ensuring outstanding service experiences and customer satisfaction
- Identify and execute business development opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling
- Develop and implement account plans, revenue strategies, and quarterly business reviews
- Collaborate effectively across a global, multi-national matrix organization
- Coordinate with internal teams in Sales, Operations, Logistics, Customer Service, and Product to support customer requirements
- Stay up to date on industry trends, customer logistics needs, and competitive offerings
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and performance reports
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts

Voraussetzungen
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Life Sciences, or a related field
- 5+ years of sales experience in the freight forwarding industry and proven experience in Account Management and CEP sales for the Life Sciences industry
- Strong customer orientation with a proven ability to build long-term partnerships
- Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style
- Confident working within a global and multi-national matrix organization
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High level of team spirit and collaborative mindset
- Fluent in English and German, additional languages are a plus
- Solid understanding of logistics operations and supply chain delivery models is an advantage
