Tasks
- Define the global Aftermarket vision, purpose, and long-term strategic roadmap, fully aligned with corporate goals
- Lead global strategic market development across key industry verticals (e.g., MedTech, Diagnostics, Aviation, Energy, Industrial & Machinery, Agriculture)
- Drive and manage high-impact strategic initiatives to identify, assess, and operationalize new revenue and market opportunities across regions, channels, and customer segments
- Foster strong collaboration with regional leadership, sales teams, and key internal stakeholders to ensure best-practice sharing and aligned execution
- Represent the Business Unit in selected strategic customer and partner engagements to strengthen long-term relationships

Requirements
- Master in Business Administration or related field & 6 years or Bachelor & 8 years work experience
- Strong commercial acumen
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
- Computer literate (i.e. MS Office and relevant software)
- Comfortable with business travel (also on short notice)
- Strong intercultural skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, additional language is a plus)
