Tasks
- Shape the 5-year portfolio vision and strategy through analysis of key external and internal drivers.
- Conduct market, competitor, and business model analyses to identify risks and opportunities and translate findings into actionable strategies.
- Align business and team goals across the organization and ensure stakeholder buy-in.
- Develop and adapt business plans to assess feasibility, profitability, and long-term potential of products and initiatives.
- Drive strategic initiatives and cross-domain projects.
- Enable fact-based decision-making through structured problem-solving and robust data analysis.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities from concept to market launch using strong business development expertise.

Requirements
- Degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- At least 3 years’ experience in Product Management, Product Development, or Business Strategy.
- Self-starter with strong business and financial acumen with a hands-on, results-oriented mindset.
- Proven ability to manage diverse senior stakeholders and drive alignment.
- Skilled in strategic thinking, execution, and goal-setting frameworks (e.g., OKRs).
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as MS Power BI, etc. is a plus.
- Commercial or business development background is an advantage.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
- Swiss or EU national or a holder of a Swiss working permit
