Tasks
- Implementation and configuration of Nexthink solutions for monitoring andoptimising the end user experience.
- Development and management of dashboards, reports and alerts within theNexthink platform.
- Analysis of data to identify weaknesses and opportunities for optimisation in IT processes.
- Ensuring compliance with IT security and data protection policies.
- Continuously developing the use of Nexthink to increase operational efficiency.
- Training and supporting IT colleagues in the use of Nexthink.

Behind the scenes
Requirements
- Degree in IT , business informatics or a comparable qualification.
- Experience in using and managing Nexthink or similar endpoint monitoring software.
- Strong knowledge of data analysis, especially in interpreting and visualising large amounts of data.
- Experience in IT service delivery (e.g. ITIL processes) and end-user support.
- Knowledge of scripting/automation (e.g. PowerShell, Python) to optimise processes. Analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication skills to convey technical insights to non-technical stakeholders. Team player mentality with the ability to drive projects independently.
