Start by designing and improving ID card workflows in collaboration with key stakeholders; make compliance and efficiency your legacy!
Tasks
- Define and document global end-to-end processes, tools, and operating models in Payroll and Pension Services including its support functions
- Collaborate with IT teams to translate process needs into system requirements and support system harmonization (e.g., SAP HR, SuccessFactors, VIVA, WIDC, KVS)
- Optimize and standardize global processes, including roadmap development (“As-Is” / “To-Be”)
- Define roles, competencies, and training needs within the process domain
- Monitor performance metrics, ensure compliance, and drive improvements
- Identify and mitigate process-related risks
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders across global locations
- Support budget planning and efficiency initiatives

Requirements
- University degree (Business, HR, IT, or related)
- Strong IT technical proficiency
- Practical experience within SSC/BPO or multinational environment, ideally in HR operations
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR/Shared Services, including at least 1–2 years in process management or architecture or similar
- Understanding of HR Services (e.g., Payroll, Core Data, Recruiting, T&E)
- Ideally experience with VIVA and other HR-related systems (SAP HR, SuccessFactors, etc.)
- Familiarity with process modeling tools (Visio, ARIS) and data analysis tools (Power BI)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – able to influence and build trust across cultures
- Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking
- Structured, independent, and systematic approach to work
- High level of customer orientation and service mindset
- Strong project and process management skills
- Adaptability and openness to change in a dynamic environment
- Digital fluency – openness to learning and leveraging new tools and technologies
- Very good command of English and German (B2/C1)
