As (Senior) IT Product Manager, you will ensure reliable product performance, drive digital transformation, and collaborate with experts across Europe to deliver state-of-the-art IT solutions.

Tasks

  • Manage and optimize SaaS applications within the Lufthansa Group
  • Ensure stable daily operations and monitor system performance
  • Coordinate external providers and manage SLAs
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Drive automation and process improvements
  • Manage IT governance topics (security, risk, compliance)
  • Support IT and business projects across functional areas

*Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements

  • University degree, preferably in IT related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in SaaS application management or IT product ownership
  • Strong understanding of IT environments and product lifecycle
  • Experience in provider and contract management
  • Ability to translate business needs into efficient IT solutions
  • Knowledge of cloud and SaaS models; SAP know-how is a plus
  • Excellent command of English; German language is an asset
  • Strong analytical mindset, communication skills, and customer orientation
  • Proactive, structured, and solution-focused approach
