Tasks
- You develop concepts in co-operation with other colleagues and interns and support the implementation of programs along the employee lifecycle (Learning & Development, Talent & Performance Management, Health & Wellbeing)
- You contribute with fresh ideas and actively shape our employee experience as well as HR services and processes
- You are responsible for the preparation and follow-up of training classes, events and other workshops
- You help shape our communication measures and employer branding initiatives
- You research trends, carry out qualitative and quantitative methods for data collection and analysis
- You think in terms of opportunities, not problems - our projects can be sprints but also marathons at times
- You have the necessary patience and persistance that it takes

Requirements
- You are enrolled for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment must be enclosed with the application)
- You have a very good command of written and spoken German and English
- You are a confident user of the commonly known MS Office applications
- You have an unrestricted work permit for Austria/the European Union
