Tasks
Depending on your study focus and interests, we look forward to your support in the following areas:
- Support in the development and implementation of transformation projects, change concepts and measures
- Support with projects to design our organizational structure
- Preparation of information and presentations for internal decision-making rounds
- Maintaining and further developing internal communication channels in the Engine Services segment
- Designing new content formats for internal communication
- Support with editorial work (conducting interviews, writing articles, video contributions, etc.)

Requirements
We have two interns in our team at the same time and therefore distribute tasks according to the focus of their studies and previous expertise. You don't have to fulfill all the requirements - so feel free to apply if you find yourself in most of the following points:
- At least in the third Bachelor's semester or already in the Master's program at the time of the internship
- Enrollment for the entire period of the internship (current enrollment certificate and written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (Gap Year)
- BA or MA degree in economics, communication/media studies, PR, internal communication, marketing, (business) psychology, or similar
- You speak German on the fluent level and can effortlessly write texts
- A good sense of language and writing talent
- Structured approach and organizational skills
- Not afraid to approach people
