Tasks
- Act as central contact to assigned customers and towards internal LHT interfaces for all matters regarding the return of material
- Monitor customers material account, perform quality check and keep bookings current
- Conduct analysis and cross check between LHT and customer material booking data
- Develop customer to avoid material overstock and late return of material.
- If necessary, escalate to appropriate levels up to issuing contractual penalty invoices or charges.
- Monitor processes independently according to guidelines and procedures
- Support process improvement and transformation of manual activities into digital solutions
- Work with various LHT systems, such as SAP, t/track, etc.
- Work in accordance with component service contracts and LHTs Quality Management System

- Strong analytical skills and ability for structuring/planning/disposal of complex Workflows
- Intercultural competence
- Willingness to work on further development and improvement of internal procedures and processes
- Willingness for advanced vocational training
- Psychological aptitude test if necessary
- Economical and technical knowledge
- Advanced knowledge in customer service, logistics and/or material management
- Advanced knowledge of English, additional knowledge in German and/or Arabic beneficial
- Advanced knowledge in relevant IT systems (MS Office, SAP R/3)
- Knowledge in aviation related IT systems (e.g. AMOS, TRAX, SAP Business Integrated Warehouse) preferred
