Tasks

  • Act as central contact to assigned customers and towards internal LHT interfaces for all matters regarding the return of material
  • Monitor customers material account, perform quality check and keep bookings current
  • Conduct analysis and cross check between LHT and customer material booking data
  • Develop customer to avoid material overstock and late return of material.
  • If necessary, escalate to appropriate levels up to issuing contractual penalty invoices or charges.
  • Monitor processes independently according to guidelines and procedures
  • Support process improvement and transformation of manual activities into digital solutions
  • Work with various LHT systems, such as SAP, t/track, etc.
  • Work in accordance with component service contracts and LHTs Quality Management System

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a team
  • High level of service ability and customer orientation
  • Assertive and persuasive with strong initiative and creativity
  • Strong analytical skills and ability for structuring/planning/disposal of complex Workflows
  • Intercultural competence
  • Willingness to work on further development and improvement of internal procedures and processes
  • Willingness for advanced vocational training
  • Psychological aptitude test if necessary
  • Economical and technical knowledge
  • Advanced knowledge in customer service, logistics and/or material management
  • Advanced knowledge of English, additional knowledge in German and/or Arabic beneficial
  • Advanced knowledge in relevant IT systems (MS Office, SAP R/3)
  • Knowledge in aviation related IT systems (e.g. AMOS, TRAX, SAP Business Integrated Warehouse) preferred
