Tasks
During your internship, you will take on a variety of tasks relating to communication, project work and the introduction of digital solutions in flight operations.
- You will support the introduction of new briefing/debriefing software for our pilots - from communication to testing and rollout
- You will design target group-oriented communication with our pilots, in particular around sustainable operating procedures and new tools
- You create content for internal communication - e.g. presentations, articles or posts
- You contribute creative ideas to our projects to promote sustainable flying practices
- You will take on tasks in stakeholder management, e.g. preparing votes, creating decision papers and coordinating with internal and external partners
- You support the daily business of our department

Requirements
For this internship position, we are looking for independent and motivated students (m/f/d) who are enthusiastic about sustainable aviation and would like to actively participate in the design and implementation of communication content and the introduction of digital solutions in flight operations.
- You are enrolled for the entire duration of the internship (e.g. in communication sciences, aviation management, environmental sciences, aviation technology, business administration or a comparable degree program) and can provide a current certificate of enrollment
- You are interested in sustainable aviation, communication and digital tools
- You ideally have some experience in project management or internal communication
- You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
- You can confidently use the MS Office applications
- You have an unrestricted work permit for Austria/the European Union
