Tasks
With us, you will gain an insight into the processes of a professional pilot school and support the Pilot School OPS team for around 12 months.
- Assisting with administrative tasks in the ATO team
- Maintaining and updating training and process documents
- Communication and close exchange with instructors and training managers
- Participation in projects to optimize training processes and quality

Requirements
If your backpack is filled as follows, you've come to the right place as a future intern.
- Completed secondary school (e.g. grammar school or commercial secondary school)
- Enthusiasm for aviation and a desire to play an active role in shaping this area
- Strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure and organizational talent
- Confident handling of MS Office and interest in new technologies such as AI
- Team spirit, flexibility and an independent way of working
- Very good knowledge of German and English

Lufthansa Aviation Training (LAT) ranks among the global leaders in the field of flight training and employs a staff of around 700 at ten training locations in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and the USA. About the LAT Switzerland AG
Lufthansa Aviation Training Switzerland AG (LAT CH), with a total of around 300 employees, is part of the Lufthansa Aviation Training Group. At the LAT Training Center in Zurich-Opfikon, around 8’000 graduates undergo their initial and further training as cockpit and cabin crews every year. This also includes basic pilot training at the European Flight Academy in Zurich (theory) and Grenchen (practice). LAT Switzerland's customers include SWISS, Edelweiss, other airlines as well as Rega and the Swiss Air Force.
