Tasks
The mechanic in the composite division is responsible for the manual and technical repair of composite engine parts and accessories. They will be working with complex technical systems, ensuring high standards of safety and quality in every task.
Responsibilities and Tasks including but are not limited to the following:
- Inspection and repair of composite parts
- Manual and technical repairs of composite materials (manual grinding, preparing surfaces, priming, painting using a roller or touch-up, heat treatment)
- Apply manufacturer specifications and technical documentation
- Structure, plan and schedule of complex work and technical processes.
- Collaborate with team members to solve technical challenges and streamline workflows.
- Quality control and documentation of work completed using relevant software.

Requirements
We’re looking for a motivated Composite Mechanic with the following skills:
- Completed technical vocational training (metalworking or composite processing profession) desirable, but experience in the composite sector is not required. Career changers welcome.
- Very good knowledge of English and Portuguese, both written and spoken
- Ability to structure, schedule and plan complex work processes and technical issues.
- Very good computer skills (MS Office, SAP, etc.)
Together with your application, please provide documentation (if available) as follows:
- Foreign certificate/diploma with curriculum
- AML (if comparable to EASA/FAA/TCCA license)
- Confirmation letters from former employers
- Part 147 or OEM certificate or known maintenance organization certificate with curriculum
