The Technical Sales Manager Digital Fleet Services is responsible for:
- Driving pre-sales activities, solution design, and proof-of-concepts
- Acting as a trusted advisor to customers and internal commercial team
- Delivering product demos and technical presentations for customers
- Analysis of customer processes to map with the digital TechOps ecosystem product portfolio and to lead the solution design
- Partnering with Sales, Product Management, and Marketing to align USPs and product gaps
- Supporting strategic deals with technical expertise and proposals
- Representing the company at customer engagements and industry events
- Providing market feedback to influence product roadmaps
- Promote and obtain Digital Fleet Services business (e.g. AMOS, flydocs or AVIATAR) in North, Central & South America

To excel in this role, you will need a combination of the following qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED required
- Bachelor's degree required
- MBA or equivalent Master’s degree desirable
- 1-2 years of expereince in Aviation, Sales SaaS or Digitalization required
- Knowledge in digital product development desirable
- Fluency in English required
- German and Spanish desirable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel
- Manage constant time pressure
- Manage high stress levels
- Must be willing to work shifts
- Must possess permit to work in the U.S.
