Tasks
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented student to join our Human Resources team for a six month mandatory internship from March/April to August/September 2026.
These are some of the tasks that you will be completing during your mandatory internship;
- Assist with the recruitment process; posting job ads, screening resumes and coordinating interviews
- Support with all HR communication activities; edit the monthly newsletter, arrange training sessions and plan workshops
- Participate in special HR initiatives and projects; international staff exchanges, reporting tasks for Lufthansa Group audits
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed

Requirements
This is an excellent opportunity for a student in their third or fourth semester who is looking to gain hands-on experience in HR lifecycle processes and events.
If the following describes you, then please send your CV with a covering letter.
- You are based in Germany and currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Psychology, or a related field and are required to undertake a compulsory internship in Germany
- You have already completed your first year of your Bachelor degree
- You have strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- You are outgoing and can communicate comfortably in both English and German
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Please note that interviews will be held in December.
