Tasks
In the Service Experience area, we support our customers with their concerns before and after the flight: from new bookings to processing feedback after the trip. We manage teams at locations around the world, design customer-oriented processes, check quality and solve special cases.
- As part of the team, you will work on initiatives and projects. You will gain an insight into project and concept work and take responsibility for sub-projects
- You will develop and produce communication material for our global service providers (work instructions, newsletters, presentations, training documents)
- You will investigate problem areas, prepare analyses, derive measures and implement them. You will get to know numerous interfaces within the company
- You will support tenders and help evaluate the bids submitted by bidders
- You will support the management of external service providers (e.g. by developing incentive concepts)
- You will support us in the planning and organization of internal events and workshops

Requirements
You enjoy working in a team and have a high level of customer and service orientation. You take a structured approach and don't get flustered, even when things get busy.
- Enrolled for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (Gap Year)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Initiative and commitment
- Confidence in dealing with Microsoft Office programs
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- You have preferably already gained some work experience
