As a Dynamics 365 CRM Engineer, you will help us run, operate and orchestrate daily CRM needs for the stakeholders of Eurowings Digital. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining and enhancing the CRM system, as well as integrating it with other applications and data sources.

What you’ll do
- Help run, operate and orchestrate daily CRM needs for the stakeholders
- As a technical counter part to the MarTech you will help in Growth Team, adopting business requirements, translating them into technical concepts, and delivering its implementation
- Develop, maintain and enhance the CRM system, as well as integrate it with other applications and data sources
- Design and implement new features and integrations
- Provide technical support and guidance to the CRM users and business analysts
- Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve CRM issues and incidents
- Document CRM processes, workflows, requirements and best practices
- Ensure data quality, security and compliance with GDPR and other regulations
- Stay updated with the latest CRM trends, technologies and best practices
What you`ll need
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field
- 3+ years experience developing and maintaining CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
- Core skills in customizing Dynamics 365 CRM, .Net, CRM SDK, Javascript, Typescript, Power Apps etc.
- Strong knowledge of CRM functionalities, modules, workflows, business rules, logic apps, plugins, etc.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL etc.
- Knowing the best practices- success by design framework for Dynamics 365
- Experience using Azure services such as Azure DevOps, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, etc.
- Experience integrating CRM with other systems and applications using APIs, web services, connectors etc.
