The basis of our activities lies in the balance between maintaining operations and support tasks for the continuous improvement of the simulators. In doing so, we ensure the highest possible technical availability of the supported devices for our customers 7 days a week.

Tasks
The flight simulator technicians (m/f/d) are responsible as first level support for troubleshooting and rectifying complaints about technical equipment and systems.
They carry out maintenance work and check that it is carried out correctly. They also ensure that the technical documentation for system components is complete and up to date.
Your tasks will include:
- Repairing, maintaining and overhauling the flight simulators under your care, in particular the visual systems
- Carrying out preventive maintenance work
- Being the contact person and first level support for our customers
- Daily provision of training equipment
- Repairing electrical assemblies
- Carrying out software and hardware modifications according to manufacturer specifications
- Documenting the work carried out in the MRO system used
- Preparing and implementing certificates required by the authorities

Requirements
The position is to be filled immediately.
Secondary school leaving certificate, technical training specializing in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, computer science, IT, television technology or media technology or comparable with several years of professional experience.
- Television technician, media technician or aircraft electronics technician, technical training specializing in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics
- Further training as a state-certified technician an advantage Ability to work shifts 24/7
- Practical experience in computer/network technology desirable Good knowledge of English
- Confident IT user skills
- Experience in dealing with process instructions Flexibility
- Willingness to travel under pressure Ability to work in a team Analytical thinking
- Basic electronic knowledge for the analysis / repair of active electronic assemblies
- If necessary, a psychological aptitude test will be carried out. If necessary, a medical aptitude test will be carried out
