Tasks
The Supervisor Customer Service is responsible for:
- Functional management of a customer service team
- Steer training and organize feedback sessions with employees
- Responsibility for personnel planning, personal control and for ensuring an efficient and flexible organization
- Analyze the operational level of the customer service and initiate and formulate improvements
- Ensuring smooth operational processes in customer service, as well as customer satisfaction and the "Passion for Service" mission statement
- Setup of a cross-functional cooperation with sales and operations in order to improve the operational efforts
- First contact person for external customers, customer service organizations in the group and for internal interfaces
- Safeguard and guide cost efficiency on all levels

Requirements
You match our need, if you have:
- Successfully completed studies in the field of business administration or relevant professional experience in logistics
- Min. 5 years of experience in airfreight field required
- Natural leadership abilities, eagerness to learn and willingness for personal development
- Have an outstanding customer and service orientation and manage to inspire our customers with your "Yes We Can" attitude even in critical situations
- High degree of initiative, commitment and assertiveness as well as empathy and a pronounced ability to solve conflicts
- You are a maker and love to develop creative solutions
- Very good analytical and abstraction skills as well as a quick understanding and comprehension of operative processes
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- Willingness to work shifts
