Tasks
- Key function of the Quality System of Aviation Maintenance and Repair Organization
- Provide consulting to all departments regarding EASA Part-145 and EN9110 standards
- Perform quality investigations, including root cause analysis of incidents, accidents, and warranty occurrences
- Process data, prepare and analyse reports based on defined Quality KPIs
- Identify systematic issues and define effective countermeasures
- Facilitate audits by Aviation Authorities, Customers, Certification (EN9110), and Internal audits
- Evaluate, develop and implement international standards, processes and methodologies
- Contribute and support continuous improvement by developing valuable publications and sharing knowledge
- Perform Authorization boards and issue company authorizations
- Perform Spot Checks in the organization

Requirements
- Hold a university degree with a technical background – Aeronautics is a valuable advantage
- Knowledge and understanding of EASA Part 145 regulations (Aircraft Maintenance) and EN9110 standards
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Understand the importance of human factors in aviation
- Possess knowledge and understanding of problem-solving techniques
- Familiar with events investigation techniques used in aviation (MEDA, 5-Why, etc)
- Be able to work effectively under pressure, multitask, and set priorities
- Good communication and presentation skills
- International teamwork and collaboration
- Strong negotiation skills, assertiveness, and a high degree of persuasive power.
