Tasks
- Perform quality investigations and root cause analysis of incidents, accidents, and warranty occurrences
- Process data, prepare and analyze reports based on defined Quality KPIs
- Advise all departments on EASA Part-145 and EN9110 standards.
- Evaluate, develop, and implement international standards, processes, and methodologies
- Facilitate audits by Aviation Authorities, Customers, Certification (EN9110), and Internal audits
- Conduct authorization boards and issue company authorizations

Requirements
- University degree in a technical engineering field (Aeronautics is a plus)
- Knowledge of EASA Part-145 regulations and EN9110 standards is considered as an advantage
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Familiar with problem-solving and investigation techniques (e.g., MEDA, 5-Why)
- Awareness of human factors in aviation
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and prioritize.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good negotiation skills, assertive, and persuasive.
