Tasks
- Greet guests and visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Issue passes and enforce security protocols for employees, visitors, and service providers
- Prepare documentation for temporary and permanent airport passes
- Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries efficiently
- Maintain the appearance and functionality of the entrance area
- Prepare reports and documents related to daily tasks
- Support administrative activities within the Facility Management Department

Requirements
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of German would be an advantage.
- High school diploma
- Strong computer literacy (Word, PowerPoint)
- High customer and service orientation
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Smart and professional appearance
- Positive attitude and strong team spirit
- Willingness to work flexible hours
