Your main tasks:
- Supporting the IT Governance Manager with various administrative tasks
- Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting relevant information
- Preparing, updating, and maintaining documentation
- Acting as a point of contact between IT Customer Service Agents and the IT Service Management Team, while creating concise articles and procedures
*Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Your profile:
- Advanced proficiency in English; knowledge of German is an asset
- Student of English and/or German philology, Administration or related
- Strong interest in the IT field and eagerness to learn
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of ITSM tools is an asset (Jira, ServiceNow)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Quick learner with the ability to work independently when required
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
