Tasks
- Scrum Master for one or more SAP project teams, facilitating all Agile ceremonies according to Agile principles within SAP implementation and development contexts.
- Coordinate between functional consultants, ABAP developers, business analysts, and technical teams to remove impediments and enable smooth sprint delivery.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure well-defined backlogs, clear priorities, and transparent communication.
- Monitor sprint progress and KPIs to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging feedback, innovation, and efficient problem-solving.
- Help integrate Agile and SAP Activate methodologies, aligning iterative delivery with SAP project phases.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and progress.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or in a similar coordination or leadership role.
- Good understanding of development logic and processes within SAP environments/platforms, including ABAP, SAP BTP, S4Hana, SAP Netweaver and related technologies.
- Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro ect.
- Fluent in Business English.
