We’re looking for a results-driven OPS Manager responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and cost-effectiveness of our cloud-hosted services.
- Own and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring consistent service delivery and performance
- Oversee Incident Management processes — troubleshoot, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement
- Oversee and optimize monitoring frameworks to detect, alert, and respond to issues proactively
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to align operations with company goals
- Proven experience in an Operations Support, Site Reliability Engineering , or similar operational role
- Strong background in SLA management, incident response, and IT service operations
- Hands-on experience with Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, Beats) or similar observability platforms
- Proficient with Azure Cloud services, including monitoring, scaling, and governance tools
- Excellent coordination, and communication skills
- Business English
