Your main tasks include, among others:
- Coordinate, prepare, pack, and track outgoing shipments, ensuring proper documentation and compliance
- Load and unload aircraft engine shipments, ensuring proper handling and storage
- Prepare, unload, check, and disperse incoming shipments according to procedures
- Ensure legal liabilities, customs, and customer shipping requirements are met
- Investigate and reconcile discrepancies in the shipping process
- Coordinate freight, sea, and air-freight shipments (both domestic and international) with carriers and brokers
- Document all shipping activities, supplies
- Support parts room personnel with material and paperwork storage, issuance, counting, and reconciliation of inventory
- Ensure compliance with airworthiness certification requirements for aircraft materials

The ideal Logistics Supervisor must fulfill the following requirements:
- High school diploma/GED required
- College degree/vocational training desirable
- 3-5 years of experience in supervisory required
- 3-5 years of experience in Aviation Logistics, DG Regulations, and/or Import/Export compliance required
- Fluency in English language required
- Knowledge in HR101 desirable
- MS Office, Warehouse ERP, SAP, FedEx ship manager as user
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent quality consciousness
- Excellent customer service
- Excellent intercultural awareness
- Willingness to travel
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Shift work / overtime

- Lift up to 70 lbs
