Tasks

The following tasks await you for 6 months from June 2026 or a later start date:

  • Taking on administrative and organizational tasks
  • Further development and support of processes for the entire LAT Group
  • Support with application management including independent coordination of appointments and interviews
  • Support in various projects and in the day-to-day business of HR support
  • Research on labor law and personnel policy issues
  • Creation and preparation of documents and presentations

Requirements

You are a team player and have excellent communication skills. In addition to respectful interaction with colleagues, you have the following skills:

  • Degree in business administration, economics, psychology or law with a focus on human resources or comparable knowledge acquired during your studies
  • Enrollment for the entire duration of the internship (current enrollment certificate and a written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or internship between Bachelor's and Master's degree (Gap Year)
  • Initial experience through internships or working student activities desirable
  • Independent and solution-oriented way of working
  • Quick comprehension and commitment
  • Creative way of thinking and enjoy conceptualization
